Henri Schauffler

Are you trying to grow your business, but find yourself running into obstacle after obstacle? Could you benefit from strategic meetings with other small business CEOs who are focused on helping you grow your business - instead of feeling like you are in it all by yourself?

Consider Positive Accountability - by tapping into the expertise and built-in support of a small business owner mastermind-peer group. In our meetings we help each other grow our companies by offering fresh ideas, accountability and an occasional "kick-in-the-rear-end" to get moving on important new initiatives.

With over 30 years of experience in building, leading and managing small businesses and non-profits, Henri Schauffler can personally attest to how important the help of peers has been in growing and sustaining businesses. Our mastermind groups advise and discuss everything from sales, marketing, HR, business development, strategic planning and just about any other topic you can come up with.

For example, with our help, Sam created a 25% increase in attendees to his kitchen and bath remodeling seminars. As a result, his firm booked an extra $100,000 in sales. And based on one simple idea from her group, Sue developed a whole new vertical market for her software sales company. They landed a one-million dollar contract 6 months later! And then there’s Bill, who believed he simply could not find good sales people. Until he tapped into our “How to Hire Sales Superstars” training. Now he’s running a team of Superstars and doubled his revenue last year.
