Team Leader Skill Sets
First and foremost, our Team Leaders must be ready to serve the independent business community with a supportive passion. Typically, businesses with 2 to 256 employees and revenues of $200,000 to $20 million.
Second, Team Leaders in theFridays at Four®program, need to be a connector and a promoter as an essential job description that support our events and activities.
Third, a Team Leader coordinates their target audience while Team Support provides registration and other support services that help make the program run smoothly.
Fourth, Team Leaders enjoy the increased visibility and marketing, along with the support and alliance of an upcoming national networking organization, increasing your exposure to hundreds of companies annually.
This is not a perfect fit for everyone, however when you consider the return on your investment and the marketing boost you could enjoy, it might very well be a great fit for you. To build up a large and effective marketing base for our Team Leaders, we place three to five non competiting Team Leaders in each area location. That's up to four other Team Leaders driving in contacts to help grow your business and to support our growing base of independent business owners.
