About the Founder

Mr. Wills has spent a lifetime building business relationships in the region and throughout the country. Mr. Wills isan entrepreneur with 20+ years in banking and commercial real estate industries and has had a lifetime in evaluating business plans, financial forecasts and business growth for owners and entrepreneurs. In addition to his success in for-profit businesses, Mr. Wills spent 9 years in the non-profit world helping to rebuild a 150 year old Washington institution and taking on a leadership role in building support for the largest cultural project in Montgomery County's history. Today, Mr. Wills serves as the Founder and Executive Director of the National Association of Business Owners & Entrepreneurs (NABOE) and on the executive management team of one of the regions fastest growing business banks, HarVest Bank of Maryland.
